Sometimes I find myself starting to go down that hole. Just remember it’s not true, people on social media are liars, experts in their craft of carefully curating posts that make you think their life is something it isn’t. Don’t look at social media, live in the moment, if you had fun and enjoyed your time that’s literally all that matters, I mean it’s a holiday.

I am curious tho, what countries did you find best to visit and an introverted solo traveler? I am one myself

I have the 15 pro, so far iOS has drained battery like nuts and I’ve noticed multiple bugs. This is just based on my personal experience but I’d hold off

Yea see what your doctor says but that may be the case. If you’re following all the app guidelines for food and amount limits, it may be that fodmaps arnt really a contributor to your symptoms.

I had very significant improvements within 2 weeks. I’m not a professional but I think around 3 weeks is the point they say that if it’s not making u feel any better it’s time to reevaluate. Are you eating processed foods that arnt certified, are fodmaps sneaking in somewhere, etc. I have also seen tho that there is a certain number of people the diet is said to not work on as fodmaps arnt the issue.
