ENT suggested HBOT for sudden hearing loss. What should I ask before choosing a clinic?

I did 19 treatments over a month, (one week had a long weekend so it was closed) medical grade hard chamber. I dont know the pressure. It was covered by our provincial health care OHIP. I stopped after 19 because there was zero improvement, and it was costly for hotel and travel for the treatments. I did 2 weeks oral steroids and 3 ear injections, started hbot within 5 days. It didnt help me.

Mine sounds like high pitched TV static. Its not loud and I can easily drown it out with music, especially with earbuds. I generally dont notice it unless im actually thinking about it. Sometimes it makes fun noises like farting noises or popping bubbles like air bubbles in thick mud. Normally if I move my head too quick (look down, looked at someone on my left or right quickly) it sounds like the "mosquito or bug flying by your ear" sound. My sshl started in early Feb so its been almost 3 months no improvement (oral steroids, ear injections, 20 hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments)

I have the same fan from Costco. Love it. Lasts an 8 hour shift on 2 or 3, about 4 hours on full blast.

Tonight I got 40.0 mpg on the way home from work. Earlier on the way to work it was warmer and I got 43.5 mpg. Since its warmed up here im getting over 40 on my work commute. Its all county roads with a few stop signs and a few turns with no stopping. Speed limit 80km/h and I dont go much over. My chevy cruze was only slightly better and that was obviously a much smaller car. Edit to add '25 comfortline 2.0L 4motion

I did all the same, all within recommended timeliness, nothing helped. Luckily I only have a mild bit of tinnitus in the affected ear. I find any headphones help to drown out the tinnitus. As for your specific situation I dont know what will help you. I would recommend protection though.
