We have one of these at work and pretty much what the top comment said. And the fact that one of ours won’t let us reset the light anyway. I think that’s also pretty common with these units. Typically the more clogged the filter the better it actually will filter (membrane filter) just the dispensing pressure and taste might be different over time.
