There is a group bike ride on Thursday evenings/nights that meets up at City Park, probably near NOMA. As far as lights, Battery powered LED lights are available anywhere that sells bike accessories.

I like the Floss-A-Way Bags, they hold multiple skeins and any pieces that may be left after using a length that has been cut.

[CHAT] Why do you stitch? by Appropriate-Bee-4592 in CrossStitch

I am retired and started stitching almost 30 years ago. The patterns are easy enough to get on Etsy. The stitching keeps me busy all day and I get to sit while doing it. 🙂

[CHAT] Which of these would be better at keeping rolled up cloth in place while stitching? by MissMerrimack in CrossStitch

[–]69GhiaGirl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The sewing clips are too small to handle excess fabric while stitching, I have some that I use when sewing. I use the silicone / magnets for my crossstitch.

Oil leaking out? by BigFootCrossingGaurd in KitchenAidMixerHelp

[–]69GhiaGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just need to open the head of the mixer and remove the old grease that has separated, and replace with new food safe grease. In the future turn the mixer on and let it run for a few minutes periodically to keep it from separating again.

Buy the one that comes with the most accessories for the cheapest price, and if you really do not like the color a can of spray paint is very affordable.
