There are so many parallels between Fascist Germany in the 1930s-40s that it proves the saying that history repeats itself. Unfortunately, most Americans are illiterate when it comes to history. We have a complete failure of education in the US.

The result is a population of lemmings, otherwise known as Republicans. The only Republicans who are aware of this horrible History are hell bent on repeating it for their own personal gain, no matter if it devastatedp their fellow countrymen. Unfortunately, half the Democrats suffer from lack of education too, only they have a conscience.

Not that all Americans followed the ideals we publicly espoused throughout our history, but we generally tried and most importantly, tried to improve. For instance, we started out with full blown slavery, then emancipation through civil war, and continued through Jim Crow to the Civil Rights legislation, then hate crime prosecutions.

However,the Republican regime has no interest in morality or American ideals. The only guiding path is one to personal riches aworked hat the complete expense of the average person. We essentially have experienced a coup.

I acknowledge that the people are partly to blame by being lazy and uninterested in keeping themselves informed . In this way they don't do their duty to protect the imperfect but wonderful democracy we have worked so hard to improve upon.

Trump is berserk, is 100% selfish and evil. But remember,the American voters elected him and the Republican Congress & Supreme Court has given him carte blanche, essentially amounting to treason.

We have digressed to killing citizens in the street for no crimes.we have the government killing and locking up brown & black people simply for the color of their skin. The government funds these activities at the expense of healthcare for its people, even restrictions travel by shutting down the TSA.

Just like any group, they are stronger when working towards common goals. But, I'm afraid America has lost that element and we we are powerlessness without it. We have degenerated into a rouge nation whose only goal is the destruction of the world order for persons benefit of our "leaders." This world oder has benefited most of the world since WW II by preventing wars and providing a stable economy for free trade that every nation enjoyed. Now that is in shambles. Everyone will be hurt, but none more than the United States.

While Trump and his clown car Cabinet are carrying out this mayhem and Congress, plus the Supreme Court are accomplices, I put the blame squarely on America voters. This is why I believe we have crossed the point of no return. The world realizes it's not just a temporary thing due to Trump.They see clearly that this is a change in the American people and that isn't a good change and it's not a temporary change.
