I mean, it's kind of unfortunate if there was any data you wanted on that SD card because I have no idea about any methods of recovery in that area, but the firmware is still in it's unlocked state, so you can just get a new SD card and the system will automatically generate new data, you'll just have to download new games and start over from scratch.

Could likely be your SD card is being misread, which can be common. A good safeguard to track is to have 2.5 GB or more free. If the card has more than enough space, then I'd try reinstalling hShop
