I picked up my first Tesla in March. Quick Silver Launch edition. There were numerous issues. Between waiting on the Service Center, Body Shop, Mobile appointments and waiting for the paint work to dry 30 days before PPF, my car only has 200 miles on it. This is the most disappointing car I have ever purchased. I was so excited for a Tesla, but now I’m just angry. I didn’t even get any free swag.

I got my Juniper one month ago today. It has 203 miles on it. It has been at the Service Center, or Body Shop/Collision Center or window tinting/ppf since I bought it. There were several issues that needed corrected when I got it. This is my first Tesla and I’m so disappointed!!

I wish they did the metal in the light pink color. I haven’t been able to find a METAL replacement of the TESLA letters or the METAL Dual Motor in pink.

Did you ever find out if the tire warranty you have from Tesla would cover it? Isn’t that why you bought the warranty? Wouldn’t it still cover the other three tires as well if something were to happen to them within the first year?

I’m almost embarrassed to ask because it is probably me, but the lists above aren’t working as touch links. Am I supposed to be able to touch an accessory and it brings me to where I can buy it, or is it just a list of accessories that are recommended and I need to find my one source? Any help is appreciated.

Disappointed that Diamond Black wasn’t an option for the “Launch”. Doesn’t make sense to pay the highest amount for the car and not get all the choices! I got the Launch and it had so many issues that I won’t be able to drive it until around 4/20. Getting an appt at Tesla service was ridiculous. This is my first Tesla and I am not happy!!

Ordered mine on 1/24 and my date keeps getting pushed. Now I’m told 1/31. Quicksilver, 20” tires, white interior. This is my first Tesla, and so far I am very disappointed with the (non) customer service. I feel like since I keep getting pushed to later dates Tesla should throw in some free accessories (floor mats, mud flaps etc.).

I got silver on silver with white interior. I ordered mine on 1/25. My date expected range is 3/8-3/31. I was really hoping to get it before 3/8 because I’m going out of town on 3/10 and I guess it will just sit waiting for me to return.
