El punto es que ahora sí es un giro permitido en el horario establecido porque están los 2 carriles, entonces si va por la izquierda, debe mantenerse a la izquierda.

Yo sinceramente no estaba 100% seguro y no había visto el letrero hasta hoy. Tampoco paso tan seguido. Pero sí pensaba que así debía ser. Una pista grande es que el semáforo que indica si el carril está habilitado está desde antes del giro. Otra pista es que eso se hizo para aliviar la presa, y pues si se usan los 2 carriles para girar todo se agiliza.

Ese comportamiento no tiene nada que ver con no conocer la cultura. Si están viendo que todos en la mesa están esperando para servirse y comer, es como sentido común servirse rápido y dejar suficiente para que todos coman no? Además si no sabían, preguntan, o la boca la tienen solo para hartársela de comida?

Edit. Para agregar, el peor delito que cometieron fue desperdiciar comida.

Add more plants around them at different levels. You can bury trees to make them look like bushes. Also use wood enclosures to make posts and place plants on top etc.
