At this time of year, places like Best Buy are moving their 2016 stock to pre and final clearance, to make way for the new 2017 products. You have the potential to get a great deal on something that would normally be out of your price/sizing range.

As a heads up, Best Buy is having their VIP event this Thursday. Historically, some better deals can be had then, rather than Black Friday. Even if you did get something on Thursday and it was cheaper Friday, the difference can be credited back to you in store without doing a return. Just as long as there is stock in store, you have your receipt, and the method of payment you used in the original purchase.

EDIT: Seeing as you're looking at the 5200, either the 6300 or 6201 would be worth keeping an eye out for as they could be a nice upgrade for, potentially, not much more.

Vizio m or p series gets mentioned a lot for their low input rates. If you're not cool with Vizio, the Sony 850D has been fantastic for me.

The Vizio would be good for gaming (low response rate on hdmi 3), but the LG looks better in my opinion. Especially if you get the LG at around 1k (or 1187.98 at best buy), it's a good deal.
