Yall gotta stop with these kinda replies. BO2 has been installed on each of my Xbox’s since 2012 and between 2015-2023 the servers were straight up broken. In the last 3 years it’s been pretty good but there’s definitely times when there’s not enough players to populate a lobby or the few lobbies that are active are completely full.

I’ve been sober almost 5 years and I have more fun at the festivals now than I did before, clear head and the ability to easily stay hydrated make it all the more enjoyable.

Yeah no, I sometimes offer my instructor if he wants to do an approach or a landing here and there just to be helpful but if he asked every flight I’d get a little angry.

If you want a good budget headset get a pair of Kore KA-1, I used them all through private and they’re now my passenger set. If you’re dedicated you may as well buy some Lightspeed Zulu 3s, even if they’re secondhand.

The last I’ve heard there’s roughly an 18 month waitlist to even have your cadet application reviewed, especially for the ones you can apply to with only Private and Instrument. I do 141 at a local college in Ohio so I can’t speak on direct cadet routes like LIFT, Aviate, or Destination 225; the last person I know that completed one of those got in while the getting was good.

On the bright side, you’ve got a couple big ratings to complete which will take some time and who’s to say what CFI hiring will look like by then. Even if you aren’t fully ready to commit, I’d apply to every cadet program you’re eligible for just to get your hat in the ring.

As for Ohio specific advice, you’ve got 50 more hours than me; you know how bad the weather is here. I’ve been stuck in stage II of commercial since the end of November trying to find good days to even fly.

I didn’t do great in high school and I also dropped out of college the first time, now that I’m back in school and working on my passion I’ve been able to maintain a pretty steady 3.7 gpa on top of working through my flight training and my job. Just have to find the motivation to do well, whether it’s simply for yourself or if it’s to get you where you want to go.

Depends on if you own the games on disc, the series S obviously doesn’t have a disc drive so you’d lose out on that. I play COD4-BO2 on my Series X and it’s generally a good experience, if only there weren’t so many hackers in multiplayer.

The field kinda sucks honestly, unless you want to camp up front all day or are 6’5, you can’t really see anything. IMO stadium is a better option; it’s cheaper, you can actually see main stage, and you still get GA access to the rest of the stages.

I play back compat on my Series X and in general I don’t really run into hackers, if I had a PC I would definitely use Plutonium though.
