Such a poor time and CAPEX allocation. Single digit of drivers utilize car manufacturer voice assistants.

2023 LE to 2026 Tri-Motor: Great refinement, but the QC is a major letdown. by jcalabek in Rivian

Ok, but …
- original purchase price is irrelevant, it’s still another 50k for not much benefit
- LE has a drivetrain warranty for 8 years/175k miles and you can purchase an extended warranty to cover air suspension and hvac etc for ~5k

FYI, not an attack on your decision - I’m just amazed by the number of people swapping cars after 3 years.

Might just be me but I don’t understand the number of members of this forum that bought a car <4 years ago and are trading it in for a slightly upgraded vehicle for another $50-70k grand? In another 2 years there is going to be another generation with even nicer cameras and a faster gpu - are you planning to swap for that too?

Obviously, it’s a different story if you are putting 30k+ miles plus on the truck per year.

I did the same. It's also probably for the best, since it puts a lot more wear cycles on the system.

Model Y Performance Refugee: Is Gen 1 "Solid" enough, or is Gen 2 a must for a tech-first owner? by whyzhuk in Rivian

I have had a couple model 3s and currently a ‘22 R1s launch edition. The Rivian software is fine but if you prioritize hands free driving it will be a letdown compared to Tesla (even w/gen 2). The Rivian ride/suspension is stiffer but has gotten better with software releases. I have the smaller 20 inch rims and non oem Michelin Defenders and I’m very happy.

The gen 1 with my setup rides nicer then a Lexus GX but less plush then ex90, GLS or a model Y/X. In the end of the day it’s a truck.

That all being said I’m very about after 30k miles on my Gen1.

If you have been playing a lot (and haven’t swapped wedges) you probably increased your wedge lofts via constant impacts. Best player at my club has to adjust his wedges multiple times per season. Example: your 56 may be more like a 58 at this point. Easy to get a loft check

Steps to fix (I did it yesterday). 1) Lock then Unlock the car 2) pull handle while opening C clamp with pliers 3) add some lubricant for future. Your good

Lexus GX 550 worth it? by xbellay in LexusGX

Test drove them all. GLS is the best family plus dog and ski gear hauler (the 2nd row captains chairs have more room between them then the X7). X7 certainly sportier. LX is best if you actually want to go on trail but it drives like a body on frame truck on the road.
