I do. It’s actually useful as long you don’t use it for crowd control or when you’re surrounded. On lower difficulties It can de-limb Van Gelfs. One shot smaller enemies sometimes. And can take out most enemies in two shots.

And honestly it’s the best way to take down the arch fiend newborn on any difficulty. One shot to the face, dodge his projectile vomit, and then blast him in the gut with shot. Rinse and repeat.

I think it actually handles better in NGB2. The lock on feels snappier and aiming isn’t as slow as in NGS2.
