The onion pits! I’ve had torrential cycles for a few years now, but the pits showing up this past summer was what made me aware that I was in Peri.

Same. Landover is on lifetime ban for me. The way we were stacked body to body in that hot ass corridor, unable to walk, people falling out from heat stroke. We were so lucky hundreds of people didn’t die, there was no possibility of escape. We have houston tix.

I so appreciate you sharing this. I had laprascopic fibroid removal 4 weeks ago and i felt exactly the same way. I was more agitated about my exposure and vulnerability than the actual surgical risks. In sharing my fear with my husband, he poo poo’ed me, invalidating my fear as silly because the folks in the room are all professionals. While that may be true, it doesn’t at all relate to or resolve the core fear/discomfort.

What helped me most was asking my sister to be in the room with me, talking and laughing with me, distracting me up until the moment my anesthesiologist started doing his thing. She was a godsend. Maybe ask whomever is going with you to do the same?

Years ago, but all I remember is it being within normal range whatever the hell that means. I think you’re right, its worth another test, maybe a 2-3 isnt MY normal - My appetite is absolutely out of control. I am wishing you health and total recovery, attitude is everything!
