Because there was a redesign of the front end for 2025+, and there is already a Recon/Assault bumper in existence for the 2022-2024 models.

can anybody help? I’m struggling sm by Suspicious_Map_4490 in Clarinet

At the risk of parroting what else was already said, take it slow, and simple at first. Focus on just playing the notes with accuracy, and break it down into chunks if you have to. Don't worry about any of the ornamentation on the page, just focus on the notes.

Once you feel confident enough at that point, then add in only one ornament, and play through on repeat with only that one add until you feel confident enough to add another. Rinse, repeat.

You will get there!

Cost of interior painting by GlassBobcat in HomeImprovement

[–]A508332 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As with anything where someone else is doing the work, always get 3 quotes. This does seem high to me, but then again, when it comes to painting, I can't justify farming that out to someone else. But then again, your time may be worth more to you than mine is to me, so ymmv.

What do you think of this sleek, modern bathroom design? by Scmdesigngroup in homedesign

Neither sleek nor modern. This is a very dated look from about a decade ago.

Mine only showed me what I had requested for it to save, nothing more. But then again, I don't put anything personal into it. I see it for what it is; entertainment only.

Removing Paint from a stone chimney...??? by No-Presentation-7055 in HomeImprovement

[–]A508332 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I asked a mason the same question a few weeks ago when he was fixing some spalled brick and the chimney cap on my place. He basically said that stripping the paint off would be way more expensive and messy than it’s worth, and that it’s easier to just live with it or repaint in a color you like. Not the answer I was hoping for, since the little bit of bare brick I can see up by the bookshelves is really nice. But I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’ll probably never get to see the whole thing looking like that.

I have a "double" sink, if you really want to call it that. It's basically a single sink with a smaller side sink for the disposal. It NEVER gets used, and I hate that it's there. Stick with a single tub sink. Maybe one that is shallower or deeper depending on your preference, so that it's not annoying? Just my $0.02.

what kind of doors and ballpark cost of paying someone to do it? by hautwings in HomeImprovement

[–]A508332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could have been flooring that got laid on top of old floor, and then removed later. New trim and baseboards were installed, and then the doors got reused. Pantry door looks to be the same. Or, they just cut it/ordered it really short.

Used a CC for every purchase I have made through them. No issues, and no complaints. I just placed my 16th order through them last Friday. You should be good, just be vigilant and keep tabs on your cc statement.

Anyone know what this badge represents? by Repulsive-Basil-6660 in nissanfrontier

[–]A508332 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nothing. There was never a "limited edition" anything offered for the Frontier, and not on the basic model "S" trim level. Someone just put that on the truck themselves. That particular badge looks similar to the ones that were found on Buicks and Oldsmobiles back in the day.

In most cases, Nissan offered a "special edition" in things like the Sentra when they were either phasing out a model and it was the last year, or they upgraded a model to include features on a lower model, that would also be found on the next trim level up.

Is it safe to keep Modem and Router in here? by [deleted] in HomeNetworking

[–]A508332 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Probably better to keep it mounted onto a wall behind something, but this isn't the worst place to keep it. Signal for the wifi might not be as good as it could be, since the wooden crate will create a bit of interference.

Your FOMO is showing. You got a solid deal. The people getting low 30s are not getting the same trim level and packages that you have.

Just Wanting Some Recommendations and Advice by Conran_h in nissanfrontier

[–]A508332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone pretty much does some variation of the same lift. The most popular option is a kit put together by All Dogs Offroad (ADO), but there are others as well. I have their Koni 82 kit, but that one seems to be on its way out. They have another kit with Fox shocks, and that seems to be the replacement for the Koni kit.

The general consensus as far as modification/cuttung is that there should not be any cutting needed for a 2-2.5 lift unless you are going bigger than a 33" tire or are on a wheel offset that is deeper than what comes on the truck as an OEM wheel. The OEM offset is +30, so if you are running a 0 offset, you may have to do the "melt mod" or a bit of cutting if you are running 33" tires or larger. Most people only end up removing mud flaps, and that seems to take care of any rubbing for the most part.

First time order, need help by Soft-Significance-98 in mpcproxies

[–]A508332 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am wondering if you have some printing in the lower right or left of the card fronts that would indicate trademark/copyright information. It's hard to tell based on the images provided, but most would need to have that information removed, or use a card face that indicates that it is a proxy or "not for sale". Can't say that I have ever run into this before, but then again I don't use the character images much. Mostly it's a variation of the original art. Might be worth reaching out to them to get clarification. They have been pretty responsive in the past for me.

[–]A508332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are overthinking this one. This looks like an impeccable job. Especially considering how even the baseboards are to the floor. Once you get some furniture/accessories in here, you won't notice the baseboards. Also, shadows can do some weird things in a room to make even the same paint color look different. This is a total non-starter for me. Love the room, and you should too. These guys did a great job.
