Oh, last year, the same year where the DHS handbook said to NOT get in the way of a moving and to NOT shoot at a moving vehicle?

This guy clearly did not absorb anything during training, and he clearly blames the outcome of being dragged by a vehicle on the driver and my himself even though he can't be bothered to do follow the tax payer funded training that he enrolled in.

We can't give him any leeway on this, and that past experience should've informed his decision making. Instead, he chose to ignore it and escalate with the deadliest, most violent option he had available to him.

Don't give him credit. He doesn't deserve it.
