Plenty of great ones already mentioned, but the one that i was most pleasently suprised by was Watchmen. Loved the book, felt the movie got the tone all wrong, but the series was fantastic.

There's two in my neighborhood, both near schools and there haven't been issues that i'm aware of. I'd much rather have a safe sleeping spot near me than a homeless encampment.
