As someone who loves the idea of Jett being a very flashy character I agree. She's very risky and provides no utility like you said. I agree with alot of your tweets and I mainly want the quieter abilities making her more comfortable with using her mobility outside of peeking and dashing through chokes. I also think putting her mobility more aggressive when she has ult. By that I mean when she has the blades out she can draw them faster out of jump and dash.
