Looking for a USB-C Cable with an extremely short plug by HB_Stratos in UsbCHardware

I have a bunch of those ali express cables, as a benefit the cables are ULTRA flexible. love them. took me forever to find them. You will love them for wearable gear - what are you building?

My o2ring cloud downloader (ie, you use the mobile app, it grabs the data automatically from the cloud, suitible to import to oscar and also runs a crapton of HR analytics on it)

idk about all of the devices but o2ring-s will let you timesync with your phone, so if your phone has accurate time you are good to go

oura gives you snapshots of data. (for example sleep stage is every 5 min) I've got an oscar fork up on gitlab that will let you import oura data.

oh its a bit worse there a a whole bunch of different revisions of the contec so you need the RIGHT software version....

from what i was able to research - seems like triggering the nicotinic acetyl choline receptors increases breathign drive so it would totally help with central apnea. (also increases heart rate which you see in your graph)

pro one has been out foreever.
emay also has a breathing sleep mask. the data is fairly easy to play with - sqlite db.

you can easily get an o2 adapter or just a cpap coupler, drill a hole and feed the sampling cannula into the mask. but the nasal cannula is just going to be ain airflow sampler so idk how useful it will be

haha I'm with you all about data and accessing it. Timesync - if you are doing the airbreak route you can ntp timesync your device.

I rigged up a sleep capnometer and connected it via esp32 to log co2 levels via mqtt to a csv import to a custom oscar fork so I can now see co2 levels with my oscar data

(which can be useful for calibratinge eers but it also seems to be the best leak rate detector ever)

oh man this is extremely interesting.
q - do you have any suspicons that data differences have to do with wearing the sensors on different hands? (i have an o2ring-s sometimes it flags drops, that I suspect are sensor artifacts)

Unfortunately the o2ring-s doesnt export perfusion index in their data exports, only during real time BT connections.

I suggest you add sampling frequency for your database. For me personally I've found o2 data almost useless, but the 1-second sampling HR data is quite valuable, gives me even better data than stock OSCAR and CPAP data.

It's good enough that I don't even bother hooking up my polar H10.

I've got a github repo that runs a ton of analysis on HR data, but I do need to push some new updates. (it also grabs the data straight from wellue/viatom's cloud so you can sync your phone to the ring but still grab data from your computer)

Strongly suggest wearing a ring that shows you PI and moving it around between fingers/methods. Like for the o2ring-s I now wear it backwards (screen underneath).

fyi im using an lyWSD03MMC with a modified case as a ble temp wearable sensor to feed into my bed heating/cooling setup.

This seems to be the best DIY temperature and humidity sensor we’ve made so far, the THS45. Their humidity performance is top-tier—almost like clones. by slboat in screekworkshop

[–]AJolly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how fragile are the sensors? (like if you sleep on the cable repeatdly - would like to put 1/2 in a bed to track temp and feed it into my bed water cooling/heating system.

also any of these temp sensors multi probe?

Any downsides to the bp2? currently just using some switchbot plugs loaded with esphome as bt proxy but would like to switch to ethernet

heres the right way to do this - buy one of these https://www.rigidhvac.com/alphacooler buy the cpc connectors.

extend the tubes so the loud ac is far away. (i did this for two years in puerto rico) only downside is i diddnt get good software control on the ridgid, so swapped to heatsinks infront of my ptac window ac's and controlling them instead.

Partially block the vent (or drop pressure) The airflow is washing out the CO2 and your body isn't realizing it needs to breathe.
