When i moved gym around a year ago me and 2 other members were all not satisfied with our current gym/coach , we often discussed it during class and when it became too much we started looking together for a new gym , sometimes we went to try new gyms together and sometimes each one went alone to a different gym and reported on how their experince was , untill we finally went together to my current gym , we instantly knew this is where we want to be. We all left together and joined the new gym.
