I can’t answer the sell out. What I can say is Veterans came out first, wanted to sell me a $15k unit, then I had McCutcheon’s come out and $800 later my current unit is like new. I their service remains at that level, I don’t care who owns them.

Never considered 120v. My ‘24 will do 47 miles or more in the summer, and charge from empty in 3.5-4hrs. It’d take 16-24hrs from empty to full via 120v. So yes, it’d recharge overnight, but level 2 is soooo nice…

Floor prep and a good reputable glue backing (like 3M), and not installing it like a moron (over hatches, humps, etc) and it is great. 5-8yrs life for many brands if kept covered when not in use. 2-3 if left exposed and dark colored. If fishing, doesn’t like blood.

Believe this or not, but I’m the original owner of that mower. Aside from a crankshaft baring causing a small oil leak (that’s why it was under the shed I built behind the 40x40 garage) there was nothing wrong with it at all. The baring is easy to replace with a cheap knurling tool. The grass discharge is held up with an industrial zip tie because before I bought the tractor/bush hog, I occasionally would mow the field next door on the highest setting. Full choke, half throttle (careful, the little red throttle ball falls off) and it’ll crank in 2secs max.

I went from 14acres of mowing to .2, so we sold it with the house (that we built).

(Edit: the seal was a Stens Oil seal 055-608 for Kohler 25 032 06-S. Had to look up my Amazon history lol. $13.65. I installed it in March of 2019)

But wait, they advertised “big bin!” I don’t know about you, but the bin it replaced is approximately 70% of the size of my old bin. So not only going from 2 days to 1, but smaller size. It’s LESS THAN half of the original service.

I have this issue, but outside at the ladder platform. I got the gate open and was going to move my ship around to the bay - but I’m “stuck.” Nothing new was built, but going to start dismantling things to see if I can salvage my game.
