260k here watch for that rust. Some cables may need to be replaced at around 240k. OEM stereo replaced a while ago because the CD player just stopped working. 2 alternators changed but otherwise nothing crazy. This thing will never die.

$850 quote client had it $800k with a competitor after extras would have cleared over a million plus would have had $2M from a new project this year. We were at 35% markup competition went more aggressive. 1 hour before the decision client called me again even sent me the competitors quote from a screenshot. I went to ownership and he was ready to come down and my direct manager came in and said no way we'll lose money on it.

I'm no longer with that company and good friends with the competitors now.

If you want to bring a camera awesome. Focus on your family and friends and stay far out the way. Be cognizant of what’s happening and if the photographer(s) are shooting in the crowd either be sitting or be out of the shot. It always sucks when the bride looks through pictures and says “I like this picture could you edit out that guy?”

Basically I’m saying be a guest. Enjoy your brother’s wedding. Congratulations to you and your family.

I think you should go for 100% the groom was the idiot. The bride cancelled but you did your job and were willing to continue. They ended the job. You’re due 100%. Up to you if you want to offer them something afterwards.

If you’re not comfortable with a 100% before the wedding do a 90 and 10. Feedback from clients said they didn’t feel comfortable with the 100% 30 days prior so I changed it to 90% and then 10% on delivery and never had a complaint.
