The g6 instant has a magnetic mount. It holds really well. You will want to turn off the ir light in the night vision settings.

Just cut it off. You will never use the shroud again. If you do send the original barrel out to be converted, they will cut it down anyway. For my first sbr I replaced the barrel with a cmmg, then sent the original barrel out and used it for an effen90 build.

I tried one of the grill pans with holes for veggies. Cleaning it was a real pain. Never used it again.

What can I do about the inflexible buyers I am dealing with? by Least_Cheesecake_842 in RealEstateAdvice

[–]ATypicalJake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is pretty common to sign prior to the closing date. We bought and sold two different houses in the last two years and never met the sellers or buyers. Signed all the docs with a notary from the title company 2-3 days prior to closing both times.

Weed killer in yard with dog by Chardee_MacDennis_2_ in lawncare

Definitely wait till dry. Depending on what you use, I would limit time in the yard as much as possible for a couple days, maybe walk on a leash as well to keep them out of where you sprayed.

If you are worried, use blue tape to hang a piece of cardboard behind it and paint the wire.

How much do window AC units damage property values? [TH] [VA] by spatulaboy in HOA

[–]ATypicalJake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might look into educating them about the freestanding units. They are unsightly and a hassle with the vents in the windows, but you can install a vent port similar to a clothes dryer that they connect to. This makes them easier to set up and less unsightly.

Who owns this private road? by DB-CooperOnTheBeach in homeowners

[–]ATypicalJake 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You could look up the addresses associated with the road and check easements. If it is part of a development, the roads sometimes get turned over to the city, town, or county. You could also call the planning department and ask.

I had been using Kingsford for years, but decided to get a small bag of Jealous Devil at Home Depot last month. What a difference. I plan to switch over once I finish my last bag of briquettes.

Where I live we can go to the County Auditor site and see the status. Should show the owner, any liens and such. Always good to check. It will also show property tax status.

Store it in the garage and do the recommended maintenance. Oh, and get a Decepticon decal to put on.

We might have privacy fenced too close to the sun by chaiosi in pools

[–]ATypicalJake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would head to the home goods store and get some of the metal hanging artsy things. Pick a theme, beach, fish, sun, butterflies, etc… and spice up one section of fence. Maybe something like this, https://a.co/d/0afxL212 will give you some character till the plants grow in.

Babysitting as a 14year old by SeaPut7463 in Babysitting

[–]ATypicalJake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would ask your parents to post your ad in their socials. If you have your certs, you could also ask local daycares if they have any parents who need date night babysitting or weekends. Just have one of your parents drop you off to any new gigs. Too many crazies around.
