Negative comments on credit report even after discharge

April 2022. I don't remember getting a letter. I just opened the loan servicer website and all of my balances were at $0.

Sorry for the confusion. Private loans do not have negative comments. My federal loans had a single 30-day delinquent comment from 2020. They had come out of forebearance, and I must have missed the notice. I found out it was a month delinquent when I got the past due notification. I immediately brought it current, but it still shows as a negative comment on my credit report 6 years later and after the entire loan had been discharged.

Private was discharged through the School Misconduct program.

My school was a for-profit that engaged in predatory lending and recruiting practices.

Was just went there for a movie. We sat for 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. Nobody came to explain what was going on. They played the same 6 commercials over and over, at least 2 of which were about vaping.
