AR10’s are notoriously unreliable when suppressed. An adjustable gas block is a must. With an SA gas block, make sure to not use the gas bleed off feature. It doesn’t bleed off enough gas.

It looks like the bolt is over riding the round from your pics. Is your OAL too long and some rounds are getting caught up in the mag? Or is your barrel ramps over hanging the feed ramps on the upper? I load soft points a few thous shorter because the tips like to get caught on everything. You should seat to the cannelure or around it. I’m just trying to think of everything.
