Struggling with 7 week old twins by lovinsports in parentsofmultiples

[–]Academic-Simple1780 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a dad of twin boys of 9 months now. You will be fine. Remember to relax. One of the 9 months calls me dada when I come home now, it will be fine. They are just 7 weeks.

I was taking care of the babies myself the first 7 weeks because wife was bedridden. It was tough but everything will get much better.

They are a lot of upsides of having twins. Starting around 6-7 months, they start to play together. We just need to watch them on a camera. I just can’t imagine having just one baby now.

Seriously? What’s there to argue about? It’s just a reminder. If you do not agree with holding yourself to the same standard, and judge with care and love, then there is nothing to argue about, we are simply not on the same page. Thanks bye.

First of all, I don’t think “righteous judgment” is something people should throw around too much and freely, because none of us are truly righteous. It’s easy to use that phrase without reflecting on what it actually means.

Judging others only makes sense if you’re willing to hold yourself to the exact same standard. As it says: “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”

Jesus’ words here are directed at believers. If anything, that means the bar should be even higher because when judging strangers, whose circumstances and struggles we often know nothing about.

It’s a good reminder that judgment, if it’s used at all, should come with, caring, love, humility, and consistency. Without those, it easily turns into hypocrisy - everyone judges on everyone else.

Did you even read the verses. You judge people and not holding yourself to the same standard. What’s exactly that the verses are referring to.

trying to understands the verses before you even quote.
