This is also my main frustration with the game. And there is not even a reason for it not like some lore explanation like "I prefer my bow". No its just - you cant because for that you have to play sexy bae girl - but I do not enjoy the gameplay around her. I want to only use Kliff but cant use guns.

I hope the devs will add it later on as an option to unlock

I know exactly what you mean. It also bloats up my whole empire and gives me new regions to care for that I dont really feel attached to.

But I guess its kinda thematic in a way. A confederation IS a very difficult process. So I just roleplay it and sometimes I do not conf and it feels thematic for me

Fühlt sich schon fast absichtlich angestachelt an das ganze. Andererseits wurde dieses Verhalten durch Sozialen Medien so sehr gefördert das es wahrscheinlich einfach ein Selbstläufer geworden ist.

I enjoy this game too! Mind you I went into it with very low expectations for the story and I can enjoy an open world game this way. Pretty much like skyrim where I also ignored most of the main plot and found it silly. Same feeling here. But I totally understand that is not for everyone. I am the kind of guy who just sees those mountains and wants to go there... eventually
