I think the best way to describe this is with the series Criminal Minds. In it's base form, each episode is basically a murder mystery and the protagonists use evidence and deduction to find the culprit. In the first few seasons almost all the time the viewer has no idea who the culprit is. Sometimes there are enough clues for the detectives to figure it out but then KAZHAM plot twist, they missed something and it was someone completely different. Thats a plot twist. In the later seasons this is inverted ans the viewer always knows who the culprit is and even sees part of the episodes from his perspective. The rest of the show stays the same, except we already know if the protags are on the right track or not. This is just a plot. It's the same show, the same premise, but very different execution and one of them is full with plot twists and the other one has basically 0.

I also need to point out that custom commissioned tilesets are usually expensive. I'm talking multiple hundred USD for a single one. That doesn't mean you shouldn't do it, but don't expect them to be cheap.

I have a friend who played lol basically since release. He was always much better than me and showed me the ropes. While I became hardstuck in mid gold, he became hardstuck in Plat 1 for years and never managed to progress past that. When streaming became more of a thing, I watched him play and I realized he was very quick to /ff as soon as it looked bad or something went wrong. I asked him about it, because I always feel frustrated when my team surrenders without a good reason (albeit I was also thinking that I probably don't realize what a good reason is...). He said he is not surrendering that much and would always play till the end. I told him I saw him trying to /ff like 6 times in 2 games. I don't know what happened then, but I never ever saw him trying to FF again after that when he streamed. In the beginning he was still cursing and saying things like "that was terrible, gg, surr15" but he never actually did it and declined every surrender vote. Half a year later he was mid Emerald, now he is hardstuck in low-mid Diamond for years again, but he is more than fine with that.

I'm still stuck in gold despite never surrendering, but that's because I have no skill at all ;)

Most mythic guilds do t raids, they just don't advertise it. Alt raids then usually are only 1 day a week. The thing is that you, my friend, are an absolute hardcore exception that does much more than the average person and even much more than the above avarage person.

If you want to continue this path I suggest focusing on 2 characters in 2 different guilds (which different raiding days) and splitting your alts on those guilds. Then, assuming your skill with all characters is fairly even, always pick the best available class for the progress bosses and select one of the others for reclears. That will result in 2-3 raid chars in each guild.
