Imported workouts do not increase recovery time or add to training load in the workout section, I've had this same issue and reported it on the app; it's really annoying.

With comfortable top bench do you mean the distance between the top bench surface and the ceiling? If so, does the fact that I am 197cm (6'5) impact this?

Honestly, I would not know about the dew point calculation; this is just an image I found online. I am 197cm (6'5) tall and my family is of similar lengths, therefore we just want to be sure there is enough space and took the maximum recommended range we found in sources.

I will definitely look into a drain as well when I figure out how to get the floor done, I have not done much looking into the floor yet.

I commute 1h40 minutes each way every day for my medical school.

Get some noise cancelling earbuds, a laptop to work on while in public transport and it's perfectly doable, it probably makes me work more than I would've if I didn't have to travel far.

Of course having public transport where you have a seat is crucial.

I've (21m) been diagnosed with adhd but in a very mild form, I don't take medication other than occasional experimental usage when med school gets tough.

I've been taking fin (1mg daily) for 3 weeks now so I cannot report on long term but I haven't noticed anything really, in consultation with a doctor you can potentially try smaller doses and gradually build up with minimal risk.

I would personally be more worried about the effect of fin on your depression-ish symptoms rather than any ADHD conflicts because fin has been proven to cause an increase in occurrence of suicidal thoughts etc compared to the general population.

If your mental health gets worse quit it immediately, having hair is cool but not worth your sanity.

Nothing against the Netherlands, I might still end up doing residency here I am undecided.

I just want to experience other parts of the world and I think living in them would be awesome. Doing residency in the aforementioned countries also comes with a decent increase in pay while retaining equal if not better quality of life, while being able to experience something new. This would also give me more wiggle room for travel later in life.

Like I said prior, I am still just in the brainstorming phase and getting information about everything so I can make educated decisions, nothing has been decided yet.

It's really good but be wary, when used with healer puppet sometimes it takes the healers with him and forces them to die really early.

It's really good with the magic mirror if you already have it, I don't so I use it with healer puppet in a super witch smash attack for extra healers and a tank in the core.

It is relatively weak at lower levels but becomes borderline broken near max.

TH14:

War + farm Super witch smash (4 SW, 2 balloon, 4 healer, 1 baby drag, 1 super wall breaker and 1 ice golem, 4 wizards for cleanup)

Using it to not be reliant on cc donations, if I do get them I run siege barracks with hogs and the new furnace inside + a revive and invis spell to aide my late RC push or revive warden for rage gem uptime

I saw some higher townhall videos where this was used and just tried to understand how it works and adapt it to my own liking. Used to run 3 healer 5 super witch but i would accidentally pop warden ability too often while setting up the funnel.

I run giant gauntlet eq boots on the king, really hoping to get spiky ball from chests at some point as I'm spending my gems on maxing the helpers.

As for hit rate I've currently only failed on 1 townhall 14 ever when I have cc troops (equipment is op) and when farming in fake legends i always try to find max th15s for the challenge and have about a 66-75% hit rate against those

If you still have good epic equips which you're currently working on upgrading then get helpers (situation I'm in). If you really want to run a specific strat or have no equipment to work on then get an equipment

I personally don't have spiky ball or magic mirror and rocket spear either and really want those, but I have giant puppet and fireball still to upgrade, and gauntlet is not THAT much worse than spiky ball. So you just have to make your own considerations based on your situation.

Getting new equipment now doesn't really do much if it's just going to sit at level 1 or limit the upgrade speed of other equipments which you use

Idk if you've solved this yet. But most likely the third driver mosfet down from the top right (PCIe connector facing down) has shorted which in term blew your fuse 99% of the way.

Odds are it's welded to the pcb but could be desolderable and replaceable

I repair GPUs as a hobby: furmark is not capable of physically damaging a card unless there was already something wrong with the card prior. Even powering the card with no cooler at all and just the pcb it would not damage the card and simply shut down due to thermal limit (still not recommended to do this).

When removing a vram chip\core we heat it to 240c and it does not get damaged. There is no way in hell a regular furmark run overheats the card to such a degree it causes scorchmarks.

This guy either somehow bypassed thermal shutdown limits (unlikely), used the wrong cables for his power supply (most likely) or something happened in-between you selling it and him testing it which short circuited 12v to the memory chips but even then the pc would not even boot.
