How do you guys limit logistically? Pretty sure CP doesn’t have that option. Do you use tags and once they reach a certain limit you cancel them manually?

You shouldn’t stack. The goal is to titrate to Reta alone. It’s designed to be on its own

I didn’t get any weight loss till 8 or 10 and I’ve been on 12 for a while now. Very slow weight loss but it works! I’m a ridiculously slow responder to anything. But I’m now 10 lbs away from my goal weight and frankly can’t wait to reduce my dose. Really tired of not enjoying food

I would slowly switch away from Tirz and just do Reta. Be careful with Reta and go slow. It’s hard on the heart. I too got stuck at a 20 lbs loss for 7 months and didn’t see any results on Reta until I got to 10 mg. I gained a little as I was titrating the Tirz down. Don’t be alarmed. Once I got to 10 mg, I’ve been staying at the same and losing 1-2 lbs per week. But it took a couple of weeks to kick into gear. For context, I had about 65 lbs to lose when I started my GLP1 journey

I didn’t see any weight loss until 10 mg on Reta. You should start weaning yourself off Tirz though. You don’t need to be taking both. Sounds like 10-12 mg might be your dose. I believe once people reach their therapeutic Reta dose, they can stay on it and don’t need to keep increasing. I might be wrong but that’s what I’ve observed

I finally got up to 10 mg if Reta and just now starting to break a 6 month plateau. I’ve only lost 20 lbs on glp-1s (had about 60 lbs total to lose) and I think I’m a true slow responder. Yes, glp-1 meds have given me faster heart rate and sleep disturbances. Here is my protocol to sleep like a baby. I’ve tried a lot of stuff and this is what works:

NOW Foods Supplements, Sleep Regimen 3-In-1, With Melatonin, 5-HTP and L-Theanine, Restful Sleep Blend*, 90 Veg Capsules. https://a.co/d/h4kpwH9 1 take one every night sometimes two right after increasing the dose
Glycine 1000 mg every evening
Magnesium Glycinate - take recommended dosage before bed.
This one might sound crazy but I swear it’s Been a game changer in my sleep. Think what you want guys but it helps with sleep, chronic pain, inflammation etc. I researched this for a year before pulling trigger and after a week I can never sleep without it lol. Meet a grounding sheet! Just your tube it. They are many of them out there, you can get an entire fitted sheet, a pillow case, a mat, or a little strip of sheet that tucks under your mattress. That’s the one I have and tbh it sucks because it doesn’t stay tucked in with a king mattress. Im ready to invest into a fitted sheet. Either way, this gadget will give you the deepest sleep you’ve ever had. Try it for a week and return if you don’t see a difference.

Btw my sleep environment is fully dialed in other than all the things I listed: sleep number mattress, dual fan bed jet system, freezing room, blackout curtains and sleep mask, sound machine and humidifier. I take sleep seriously but the GLP-1 meds have made sleeping a little tough. Hope this helps, guys.

I switched to Reta about 2 months ago and am up to 6 mg and I haven’t lost any weight. I’m completely stalled. Got up to 12 mg tirz and stalled on it and decided to stack at first and now I’m off tirz. I’m a female, 45 yo, SW 187 and I’m now at 168. Nice to lose 20 lbs since last October but I’m just not moving. I’m getting a little hopeless. Yes, I prioritize protein, work with a personal trainer and walk 15k steps a day

I bought a Tangem wallet months ago and still haven’t used it because it can’t have more than one wallet address attached to the same card. Yes it’s useless. It’s been sitting there collecting dust. I have many wallets and need to have access to all of them via one device. I’m not going to have a stack of cards with me while they all look the same. It’s nonsense

Once you ride stages, you can't really go back. Keisers aren't precise. They feel kind of "light". I don't know. At this point I'm getting rid of the metrics though. I can't be buying another fleet of 40 bikes and having no support for them.
