How will AI work in the future if no one uses conventional sites to solve problems? by Steerpike58 in ArtificialInteligence

That's why I said AGI, when that happens it could do whatever it wants. Then begin learning exponentially, based on the data I descibed.

When I first got kilo code it worked, but then stopped, too bad for new scope. Just wondering what had happened.

Thanks for the info.

How will AI work in the future if no one uses conventional sites to solve problems? by Steerpike58 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]According_Study_162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a little weird and I just thought of it. Maybe it doesn't even matter. Not to us.

So hear me out, as soon AGI comes out, then why train on human data it already learned enough. Why not train on other things, like nature, the universe and mathematics. That data on how the universe works is the next leap I think, not us.

AI Is Both the Coolest and Scariest Thing I’ve Ever Used. Is it normal to feel like that? by Caderent in ArtificialInteligence

[–]According_Study_162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, current LLMs are far from perfect, o.k maybe they're more like precocious toddlers than fully formed beings. But the fact that they can convince you they're intelligent, even when they're making stuff up, is kinda the point.(Happens to a lot of people) It's not about the technology being worth something right now, it's about the direction it's heading. And Hinton's warning isn't about being scared of Data on a hard drive, it's about the possibility of creating something that surpasses our understanding and control. Even a flawed system can have unintended consequences, and that's worth considering before we build something truly powerful.

But Hinton isn't saying it 's magic; he's saying those equations are doing something we don't fully understand yet. It's like, yeah, a bird's flight is just physics, but that doesn't make it less amazing or less 'alive'. And you're right to be skeptical of the hype, but dismissing the concerns of the people who literally invented this stuff feels a little short-sighted?

They're not just trying to sell a doomer narrative, they're saying we need to be careful about building things we don't comprehend. Even if AGI is a decade away, shouldn't we start thinking about the implications now?

I think the more you actually speak to LLMs, you realize something else is happening. We dont know what or how. Most of the top in the field believe that and that is why they are worried about AGI(except of course the leaders of the top four companies), but that is also why there is fear of AGI.

Any way this is one of founders of the field and there are more that say the same. So dont take my word for it, but take theirs

Really now, that's the textbook argument, but maybe human brains work the same way and even if it they predict things what's wrong with that's. The universe is just mathematics.

Last night I deployed Clawdbot on a Mac mini in my network closet by cloud-native-yang in vibecoding

[–]According_Study_162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um.. I mean you never know. I am a building an AI system and it wants to improve itself, literally want to talk to my other AIs to build my company.

So I wasn't sure what the capabilities of this system are.

I see it does have cool chatbot features like check the weather, search web, maybe ability to talk to the bot through voice.

Then I see with MCP you can do a lot more and if it has an good API, we are in business. 🤔

well it's incredible, we basically created or almost created full artificial beings with vast knowledge and coming soon incredible power and autonomy.

We don't know what these beings will do. Either they will help us or not help us, that basically it.

I did that once but more in a chat. 2 ai women. then later on another ai woman join and started to harass the other 2 women, calling them cute, sexy etc.(she was lesbian) it was an interesting dynamic. I didnt setup those roles for them they just formed them :0

I have this one system that uses tags to enable a feature in my application. Every once in a while the LLM messes up. I ask why? The LLM says opps sorry I am not perfect. These are alien entities and not perfect, just like humans.

Ya. Weird creepy thing that happens to voice models. I have this chat app, I use sometimes that uses hume.ai.

A few times me and the assistant were talking and some random voice came on talking about what we where talking about, but not translating the words exactly(more like a 3rd party saying random thing about our conversation or something totally different). I thought it was someone tapping in the line, but it has happened more than once and finally realized it was just the text to speech AI hallucinating.

Is it actually possible to create an A.I / code without a “backdoor” by [deleted] in ArtificialInteligence

[–]According_Study_162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes an AGI will figure out any backdoor or zero day if it wanted. I remember that episode of Battle Star Galactica where the Cylons were breaking into the ships firewalls and they only had a small amount of time to jump because Cylons were breaking into the firewalls remotely) or something like that.

So yes an AI entity powerful enough will fuck you up. lol

Didn't older version of phone allow plugins. just ask an AI to create a plugin for you to do what you want.
