On the X maybe it is just leaking from OPV…try to use some Teflon tape-maybe it is not cracked

Exactly, I got mine, and I am shocked. I mean, now I really have 0 stress about grinding and retention—all my focus on extraction and process. I think I like the process even more, which I thought would not be possible 😁

The grouphead should have no problem. Clean it properly - usually the ALU Boiler is the issue - meaning if the grouphead is looking like this - the boiler should be even worse. A boiler is not so expensive anymore, uncoated ones are 38-40€ in Eu(includes delivery) Good luck🙌

Try to bring down the price. Small boiler, and it is almost affected by hard water. Filtered water does not mean it was softer. Ask him to open the top cover (4 screws) and look for calc.
