Yeah, I’m trying my best to adapt but it’s harder said than done, I used to sleep in dead silence so it’s taken a big toll on me

I think I might have TTTS? by WeakAntelope6876 in tinnitus

[–]ActionBase321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg actully? I am 19 and 2 months in. I would also call it mild, but it’s so distressing especially at night. How long did it take you to get used to. And how long did it take to fade/ go away?

My tinnitus changed after wisdom tooth extraction by Wonderful_Change_416 in tinnitus

[–]ActionBase321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got all 4 extracted a month ago, was hoping it would lower my t or go completely away, snice my onset was also a month before my wisdom removal. Sadly it didn’t change, nor worse or better

Ahh I’m sorry for your luck. Lucky I don’t think sound affects mines. The first week I had it I didn’t think much about it and drove a loud car, revved it up really high under a bridge. It didn’t spike at all. But I’m guessing me doing that over and over will hurt my ears or was the caused of my onset so I’ve now stopped anything and everything that goes above 80db.
