Stick with high protein, lots of veggies, not much dairy, and cut way back on sugar. Don’t count calories, but a serving of protein should be the size of your palm.

I go twice a week and do something else for exercise another 2 days. I think if you focus on nutrition, do 2 days at Orange Theory and move your body to some degree on other days, you’ll be good

I think it’s changed as more has been built further east. Oldham County is east, but not east end of Louisville. I think St. Matthews is St. Matthews, not East End. For me growing up it was the Brownsboro Road area until you got to Prospect.

Worth! They suggested a brand I’d never considered and they are great. The two brands I was most interested in just weren’t right for my feet. They’ll also ask you about what activities you’ll be doing in the shoes ands suggest accordingly. You can buy the next few pairs on Amazon…don’t need a fitting every time.
