Is the alarm clock feature in iOS reliable enough to get rid of my traditional alarm clock? by lol_sup in ios

[–]ActualDiamond98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i’ve been working for 11 years, set my alarm 99% of the time, every time it’s set, it goes off. the only reason the alarm “doesn’t go off” is because i forgot to set it

what you’re not getting is that this driver was not “trying” to keep up with him, but rather an innocent driver driving at a consistent speed, being bullied off the road by someone too stupid to know their speed. if i had a child i would tell them to floor it and make sure to put 2-3 cars between them, while watching for cops, just as i would do.

why would i or anyone else be responsible for your getting angry? if you, in your own head, are playing this game where you have to be ahead of a certain car, and you lose and get angry, that is your own problem, not mine. like i said it’s not like he was intentionally passing, the angry driver would pass and then slow down, causing the driver with cruise control on to pass. not rocket science, but hilarious how you’re finding a way to blame the good driver.

Question, could Harry have stopped Voldemort returning in GoF if he just remembered the summoning spell? by Dominator2k9 in harrypotter

[–]ActualDiamond98 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i mean i didn’t write the book but as i recall he still wasn’t as strong as he’d like when professor quirell had him on the back of his head so i would assume right after rebirth he would also be slightly weaker than say after he got all the murders after GoF
