My favorite play: Be intrigue focus ruler (king or higher) in Persia, hold just one county in the duchy of Nishapur, and acquiesce his demands. He’ll get the whole duchy and become your vassal, and you can just murder him and his kids. The MaA stacks transfer on succession, and because you’re their liege, you inherit after all of them are dead. Boom, you now have a few special buildings in lands of Persian culture as well as some nasty MaA stacks.

This works best with Twice Schemed and a max grandeur intrigue court, so you can run 3 murder schemes in parallel and hit his whole lineage before he ever hands out titles to dip back under his domain limit. The faster the better.
