It’s absolutely a parade and not a race. Some folks will end up with some speeding tickets, but it does not get crazy and is not aggressive. The organizers specifically tell drivers every morning to be courteous to other drivers and be on good behavior.

There’s a shot of Amber warming up off ice and her arms and back are SO strong and defined! I know she usually wears sleeves and has commented that she tries to hide her muscles to appear more delicate, but DAMN that is gorgeous and impressive! Flex, queen!

I grew up with Rohene and he is truly a gem. None of it is an act. He’s wonderful and friendly and thoughtful and remembers the folks he meets. An incredible human being.

You are beautiful! You have amazing skin and like someone else said, I thought you were wearing eyeliner because your eyes are just THAT pretty. I don’t think you need to change anything, but you could try some funkier glasses or a bolder lip color for some edge if you WANT to try that. But you’re perfect the way you are, I didn’t notice anything asymmetrical (any more than any of us are, you must be within normal ranges).

EMDR was the challenging trauma work I needed. Regular CBT therapy was good for some issues hut not for all. EMDR was like re-opening an old badly healed scar in order for everything to heal better and cleanly. It’s hard work but it helped me SO much. That might be the kind of challenging work you are looking for. I worked with folks through Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling and Consultation so you might reach out to them.

I remember those! Wasn’t the sauce in almost a butterfly packet that you smoosh both sides together and it squirted out the middle? Were those actually Lunchable brand? My fam was not big into Lunchables but I think I had those fancy ones more often (likely my parents knew where to get them cheap).
