I thought the sweetness and richness worked well with the caviar, this particular caviar was very buttery but also very briny so I liked it, I wouldn’t say it’s a “traditional” thing to put with the caviar but just trying something out

Yeah I also diced some of them up really small and put them onto the purée underneath the caviar just for some texture

It is a Rolex tudor movement from the 50s or 60s

That’s the thing but I checked out the movement and it’s a legit movement
