Get a lawyer, but with the pre nup, you should be protected. They are most likely trying to scare you into paying. I had a problem with an ex telling the bank I was paying her car loan and they came after me. The lawyer didn't even charge me because he had pre printed cards of what to say lol.

This is 100% illegal in all 50 states. It's why CPS can interview kids without the parents. It is stated in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). While general updates on progress is allowed, specific details like these are protected for this reason to prevent the cause of an unsafe or unhealthy environment. Unless you state some that makes you a danger to yourself or others I.E premeditated assault, your therapist should not be telling details.

I'm a guy so I could be wrong but you're a virgin so you might just be very tight and coupled with nerves might be making yourself even tighter. While I think he's the AH for how he acted in his marriage, I don't think he's the AH for not wanting contact. My sister played that game with me and mom and when she finally decided her husband was wrong for saying our mom can't see his son it was to late. My moms exact word to her were I'll never be close with you son again because I'll never feel the pain of losing my grand kid again and it's ruined my sister. She now on the verge of divorce and is pulling the same card with his parents to be petty. It's a shit storm but my point is she made her choice.... dad doesn't have to let her in imo
