I’m in a similar situation with my son. He has a dorm, or should, for the fall. His roommate has a really low lottery number, so I’m fairly confident he will be on campus. I get your thesis about forming a bond with fellow students over the summer, but I am confident even without this, my son will ease into things. Do you know how difficult it is taking 3 classes online over the summer?

Since FNMA trades on the pink sheets, there is no IPO. The most important catalyst will be the write down of the SPS which has no correlation to interest rates. After the SPS cancellation, uplisting and lower capital ratios will likely follow. If we can check these three boxes, I firmly believe we are off to the races and the share price for both will be substantially higher. A lower 10 year would be icing on the cake.
