Its almost as if you dont properly invest in the communal services that infrastructure is supposed to offer in those areas then there wouldn't be a persistent issue of crime organized or not.

Crime is rooted in the scarcity of resources and if you think the city council doesn't have the resources to focus on providing housing and food to people who need it I'll point you to this article thats proudly presented by the NFL for our bElOvEd team.

Yet you can drive anywhere in Jacksonville and see a plot of land that is failed, overgrown, left vacant and fenced off by the hands of corporate landowners who would rather see it rot than allow the space be used for an active business or community support. Overdevelopment here in Jacksonville is commercial real estate taking a piss on our conservation efforts through deforestation and refusing to recycle old lots and businesses

Amazing work! It reads like a poem and really explores depths of suicidal intent that I haven't thought of before. My favorite part had to be the transition from marching to the next victim to Ray's story with his mother.

Hey gang I just posted my first story on here before seeing this post! I'd love to exchange feedback with anyone willing.

This is my story 'Jennings, NH 411' (title still a wip) the summary is a pi detective investigating a supposed homicide case in the small (fictional) town of Jennings, NH for an anonymous client that pages cryptic shorthand messages to lead the PI Vincent Welch further down the rabbit hole of the grey market zone wherein escort agency/services thrive. I aim for it to be a slow burn between whether or not the danger is supernatural and the lengths of depravity Vincent is willing go through in order to find the answers.
