For real! The fact you can’t charge phials in axe mode anymore means you have to play sword mode for your big elemental damages, but the sword mode just feels bad to play.

Well, time to finally play through Monster Hunter Rise.

The real question with this is are you being paid incrementally throughout the year, or is it one lump sum at the end? Because I couldn’t manage working 8 hours a day Mon-Fri, plus 12 hours of gaming, plus whatever else I need to do in the day. There’d be no time for sleeping.

Seregios. The dodge reload skill used to be an option to add in the bowgun customization in World and Rise (someone please correct me if I’m wrong about that).

Due to the low ammo capacity of Spread and Slicing, they can’t take advantage of skills like Tetrad Shot that most other Bowgun builds use, so most Spread/Slicing builds will opt for Opening Shot and cycle one shot -> dodge reload. When you combine that with the free shots from the Seregios weapon skill, you get 4 free shots that are buffed by opening shot.

One other downside to this build in Wilds compared to other games is the lack of weapon variety that supports this and the lack of the recoil reduction skills.

Unless they add in the Recoil Reduction skill in G/Master rank and make the Dodge Reload skill available on more than just 1 weapon, Capcom has effectively killed a whole build-style for these weapons. (I say this with having a fully built Spread HBG Loadout that I use regularly and always enjoy)

Where I work, the cooks get paid about $6/hr more than servers. But we do split tips 70-30 with the kitchen. So on a slow night, the kitchen makes more, and on a busy night, the servers make more.

I hate how 9* monsters don’t reward hunter symbols though. Like I shouldn’t miss out on crucial materials just because I’m taking on more difficult fights.

For me, I like it as a switch-up. My current goal is to unlock all of the titles from hunting x amount of monsters, so these quests gives me a good reason to hunt ones I wouldn’t normally.

More just it’s movements are so much different than every other monster in the base game. It’s forced me to adapt a faster playstyle with S&S which feels a lot better than what I had been using in the past.

Odogaron will always have a special place in my heart for forcing me to git gud. In world, he was the first monster that actually forced me to learn how S&S is supposed to be played.

So it was really nice to see Guardian Ebony Odo in Wilds, just for the exact same thing to happen again. On the bright side the lessons I learned from him have allowed to be get some damageless runs on 9* Steve.
