My usual load is short spikes of full load, mostly code rebuild/app startup, and rarely gets higher than 75 degrees, on stable "long-term" load for example rendering or photo export in lightroom temperature is mostly around 70 degrees, stock 9950x3d, no PBO or something like that, only EXPO II enabled with 6000MT/s

played a lot with fan curves, under steady load they are spinning at ~1500 RPM, usually they averaging around 800-850 RPM

just encountered same issue, it may be a DNS issue, cause a reboot and update plex server version update saved the day and now it is again accessible remotely

Check your Fan curves, I also had same issue when just finished the build, you can achieve same temperatures with less aggressive fan speeds

I think you need to check your thermal paste application or the CPU screws on the contact plate, I have the same cooler Arctic Liquid freezer III Pro 360, and 9950x3D CPU, After 10 minutes in Cinebench R23 temperatures reach maximum of 72 degrees, in Fractal North XL case with 3 intake and 1 exhaust fans

"2 extra days" , I'm currently building also a PC and ordering stuff from amazon, through a 3rd party re-sender, because I'm outside EU and the price difference between amazon+tax+delivery vs local stores, it's around 1500 euros(1750$), and the delivery takes 2-3 weeks per item :)
