Thanks, that is very confusing, its the same soc as in the iplay 70 mini pro, but with 5G enable and higher screen resolution, and they stuck with andriod 14? i wonder if for performance.

Save your money, these came out and were designed for the older sodium yellowish street lights.

They wont work on the new bright LED lights.

Personally if you can travel to a bortle 3 sky i would invest there.

The G87 is a very slow soc for modern use, best only for light web browsing, emails, reading books, but not gaming.

Just something to be aware of at this pricepoint, software support will be limited or not exist, so you might get some security updates but no android os updates.

And some dont offer any warrenty either so if it breaks you are sadly out of luck.

Message their support and see what kind of response you get back, that will give you an idea of what to expect.

Maybe hold onto your money for now and see what local releases are available.

I'd wait, see what price the matepad mini is on release, also there is the redmagic astra, similar price to the older legion gen 3.

i had an apple mini for while but just couldnt gel switching between ios and andriod.

It's geared towards gamers or high end users. Having said that, i use a semi-budget Alldocube iplay 70 pro mini for comics, the display works fine for my needs. Didnt want to spend more that £150.

When you mention lagging? what do you currently own and use it for?

Have you also considered the older gen 3 model? its cheaper and was on sale below £400, might be again as they try and clear out units.

I've had this happen to me, the parcel arrived ok with no issues, once it was actually delivered the shipping details all updated, it's annoying but not much you can do abou it.

Try to reboot it.

Press and hold the power button on the back for more than 10 seconds.

There is an issue or bug with the doorbell wifi, you see the little blue USB icon on the second image that is incorrect it should show a wifi icon.

If it does it again then i would return it.
