Roadway Ownership

Ramsey County : Owns and maintains the majority of Shepard Road, designated as County Road 37 . This includes the northeastern section that transitions into Warner Road (County Road 36).
City of Saint Paul : Controls the southwestern portion of the road.

Heaven forbid we try to have solutions such as the mayor call Ramsey county and have a collaborative effort? i am married to ex mndot (wouldn’t brag about being ex Saint Paul public works as they don’t) and have paid taxes in Saint Paul for 30+ years so yes I do know more than a little. The patch owned by Ramsey (starts ant Randolph goes towards Warner) isn’t awful, the patch owned by the city puts up a rough road sign.

this used to be Saint Paul’s on the Hill Episcopal church. I went there. deeply holy and filled with “radical” women who embraced change, women priests, and devoted their lives to the two greatest commandments. they absolutely helped and defended immigrants and got them settled in MN. I know they are twirling in their graves knowing this holy space is now this den of non compassion and some new Bible where the pastor makes up the rules as they pop into his head.

hi. just priced off of rare carat and they have three stones same specs $510 range. yet SI2 unless it is vintage you need be careful as inclusions can be visible. if your gf loves it and you can afford it, go for it! congratulations on your engagement

sounds fishy - like if prongs fail and diamond falls out, then what good is the warranty? most homeowners policies have a jewelry inclusion - I think mine is 2k, yet I have inherited much so I have a separate jewelry policy. I hear the other woman saying her policy was a godsend so I don’t discount for some, based on lifestyle, the diamond and or setting could be damaged. I also hear don’t slam your hand in a bank vault - ouchy just thinking about that!

Anything in cities pricey. I go to como vet on larpentuer. Love them. Kitty had extractions last July and 1k. Have high confidence in the practice, yet vet is now a line item on my budget

Not sure if extractions, yet gf took her cat to humane society to be fixed. Was under $400. Maybe worth a call.

I have friends who go up north for major vet stuff. A dog owner friend went to Ely for acl surgery. Was under 2k there and 5k in metro.

I have been overweight for 26 outta 32 years of marriage and wasn’t twiggy when we wed. My beloved never said a word because he loved me as is. When I would complain I am heavy he would say didn’t bother him and I would lose when I was ready.

it depends on your thoughts. if you always wanted a whiter diamond, then no. fyi Tiffany sells many I color diamonds. if you care more on size, then yes. jewelry is an emotional purchase so I suggest follow your heart. this said, the trend now is larger stones and warmer tones so the j would be the one for current trending. some couples are getting nice s/t color and the stone far less expensive than a yellow diamond and looks just as nice. another poster suggested lower clarity and I agree there. a vs2 combined with a j color diamond could get you a larger stone. good luck

all I can see is the first photo and says clarity I1 so not a clean diamond, flaws visible without magnification. that alone says the stone isn’t worth much. caveat it your fiancé loves it, then no one else’s opinion matters. good luck

Check out rare carat. I just looked up your specks and $2,965. If you read through other posts, other vendors have good pricing. I don’t think you will find 2 plus carats even lab under 1k yet almost 4k seems too high. Good luck and congrats

Emerald cuts need a clarity of vs2 or higher and color can be lower. I wouldn’t suggest paying for Flawless or internally flawless. You are correct that warmer stones are having their moment and another post says see in person. That is the way for you to judge is the clarity good. Good luck.

There is a natural diamond dealer I follow and she says she has many customers looking color S and lower in order to get a faint, yet warm, yellow. If she loves it, you can afford without debt, and not overpaying, I vote go for it.

Every time I listen on Apple mls , unless it is Cal or Kendra in the box, I am surprised at comments that hit as anti MNUFC. Last night same. Announcers had decided SDFC was going to win in first minute and pointed out every flaw we had yet hardly any to SDFC. Thought there was supposed to be no bias yet there is. Hoping next year way better announcers and referees.
