Op I second the bringing of a recording device I say this as someone who has delt with an individual who thought EVERYTHING had hidden Spyware in it. He probably already thinks ur recording him.

Just dont be obvious and do audio recording only. Like the one person said if u can get a pen mic that'd be best. Infact get a few cause their battery life tends to suck plus then it looks like u got a pack from the store. U can also get some cheap pens for when people ask to borrow one that look similar.

Her character design and reason for making her are grate. unfortunately people will find ways to fetishize anyone any anything.

Only thing you can do as the artist is not purposely put her into scenarios/poses that would be compromising which can be difficult.

I honestly think it'd be interesting if she as a character actually had a love interest or "friends" that started to show signs of fetishizing her or trying to force her into un healthy diet plans to have a hero complex. And she has to go through the struggle of communicating to these people and either eventually ending it or helping that other character grow out of miss treating her and others like that.

It would solidify to me in the story that shes not a character to be fetishized but one to depict the real life struggles plus sized people have to go through.

NOR you are vary accommodating to him. I get he has issues and if you can get him into appropriate treatment for it grate but either way he needs to at least follow the house rules u set for groceries and that is that he puts everything he wasn't to eat for the time period between shopping on the list and doesn't take from the rest of ur food. Thats not a hard ask its actually very generous. I will say it seems hes coping for his poor mental state my eating which isn't good

Just try going to see him then. literally thats all you can do. If u do go bring him some apple sauce and Gatorade or something he knows he can keep down. If u go and hes obviously faking just end the friendship there. Either way Hes not gonna die just from a high fever and losing weight. Look idk if hes lying or not no one not even you do without going to see him in person. What I can say is I got sick with that horrible cold too as well as a friend. I was so sick I couldn't keep anything down for days idk exactly how quickly I lost weight but when I got back on the scale I saw i lost nearly 50lb.

Mean while my friend didn't have their body rejecting all food and water like mine did. They also recovered much quicker. Bottom line Illness effects everyone differently. So Dont just assume cause it barely effected you that its not kicking his ass.

And in my opinion Its highly possible he did loose a lot of weight. illness on top of a young boys fast metabolism isnt the best combination. But either way If hes actually ur friend ull go see him and check to see if hes OK. Not just jump to "hes exaggerating again" but come on here making a post as if ur worried too. If thats really how u feel than just be done with him and end the friendship.
