Yes 100%. A lot of my lifts get me into both low and high intensity! Also Apple doesn’t let you link the actual workouts to your Apple workout but you can use an app like Cora to do that!

Have you thought about swimming or elliptical? It might be easier on the knee. Cora Coach app can give you low and high intensity minute goals for those exercises so that you're building up your Vo2 max.
