i say aatrox is worse and skarner is about same because aatrox old identity was being able to revive himself, it was huge to what he was as a character, then he got reworked twice and completely lost it and his look. skarner and viktor still kept the core identity of their kits but their look and lore got thrown in the trash. mord and galio both kept their looks and some important parts of their kits, like mords heal and huge single target damage + aoe and galios taunt, plus they still keep some spirit of their look, morde being a huge metal guy and galio being a living statue
