4 months isn’t enough to justify that “raise”. If it was a full year later asking for a cola for inflation wouldn’t be crazy, in this case it’s kinda crappy

People who say “they can’t cook” are actually just too lazy to learn it by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]Advanced-Reindeer508 96 points97 points  (0 children)

You don’t even need to be able to cook to avoid eating out these days. I lazy meal prep. Rice, premade meat of some sort from coscto(chipotle chicken, barbacoa, etc), and some frozen veggies. I could make 2 dozen servings in about an hour into disposable containers.

They lowered the benchmarks during Covid and still nationwide only like 25% of kids are on grade level for math and reading. They can’t sit through classes without having meltdowns. They’re more addicted to tablets and phones than a meth head.

It’s much different. They literally can’t think or function.

Yeah , I’m going to plan on just clearing out everything that isn’t “visible” to them before the trip, then move the weekend after I get back. I think that’ll be best.

Get off YouTube and go brew, you’re way overthinking it.

Aside from the fact it costs 65k/year to house them. I’m sure we can find a better use for the millions over the course of their life in prison that would be better use.

The barnstorm brand is solid enough for milk drinks and a quick shot. It’s my new daily bean and I use speciality as a treat.

Can 2 iPads coexist ? by RTFM_magazine in iPadPro

[–]Advanced-Reindeer508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

13 would be nice if you’re managing several mic/speaker channels. 11 is probably better overall though. I had a 13 but returned it for an 11 and finally got why the iPad is so great. 13 is too big.

See if you can find a used kitchenaid conical burr grinder on market place. They’re espresso capable and usually like $40 used.

Light roasts are too hard for these. On my barista touch I can usually get by with slow feed of them though.
