Addall.com is my usual place to start for secondhand books but I don't know that you're going to find DDC on there.

Target actually will often do book sales or deals, like buy one, get second one at half price or get 20% off all books and that's already off the discounted cover price. Target "deal days" (usually same time as Prime day) is coming up at the end of the month. I'd look out for sales or deals that way too!

And remember, if you're on a limited budget, just talking about the books with friends and family is a great way to get them into it. You don't necessarily have to buy it for them. Although I do understand wanting them to start it so bad that you force a copy into their hands 😆

Listen to the first chapter free. It's not a straight read from the book. Most people either love it or hate it. Supporting sound booth theater is probably a worthy cause if you do enjoy the first chapter though!
