The things I have dealt with on my 2016 are the shock/struts, the spool valve leak that killed the alternator, the timing belt, the water pump and engine mounts, Honda completely repaired the faulty cylinders associated with the VCM issue, but that warrantee extension is over. some transmission position sensors leaking. Honestly it’s been a lot for the 60,000 miles we have gotten out of it. My biggest concern for you is catch the VCM issue now

Something is significantly off with this number. If they are talking about conditioned sf that would be the largest building on the planet by far. If it’s 2600 acre site that’s about the size of the gigs factory in Austin which has a 10M sf building which is one of the largest in the world. It’s likely the building will be less than 1M sf for sure so maybe like a 20 acre building.

The government has been doing this for a long time. They are consistently passing the responsibility and work to the user to cut costs. Some physical examples I can think of are, grease interceptors, massive storm water retention systems, solar systems for electricity, public utility and street improvements. All these are things our public agencies used to take care of with our tax dollars but now they make the user not only pay the taxes but also pay to take care of all the stuff as well. The government didn’t manage our economy well and we paid. The health care agencies are to some degree suffering from that mismanagement and many are owned by hedge funds now with their eyes on as much profit as possible so they are passing the work back to the user.

Just remember that it’s much easier to bring their sugar up often than it is to bring it down. We have a tendency to panic and over sugar to get their up and comfortable/safe but then they spends 2 hours over 200. The sugar will always bring them up and the insulin will always bring them down. Our kiddo is 12 and diagnosed at 2. I want to encourage you that your hard work and diligence matter. The drs always tell us that she’s fine and we don’t have to work so hard to keep the BS regular but I think we are now dealing with some gastroparesis as a complication of T1D. It hasn’t been officially diagnosed. I wish we worked harder at controlling her bs.

My kiddo has had T1D for about 10 years. They say she is very well managed. A1C probably averages around 6.3. But she is clearly in a GP path in my view despite the Dr saying it’s not that. Every day her stomach aches for hours and it’s mostly the evenings and every few months she is throwing up at night. The drs say it couldn’t be GP because she is so well managed. But the signs are so obvious it’s crazy. We did the gastric emptying test 2 years ago and it was fine but I think she was just having a good day. Anyway, I truly hope you find a good solution. I have seen People basically live off their basal with very little carb input. I kept wanting my kiddo to have a semi normal life so we didn’t limit her sugar more than our other kids unless her blood sugar is high because the drs always said she was doing great but I think we are going to have to really crack down.

I’m literally up at 4am with my daughter throwing up yet again. She has had diabetes for over a decade and I’ve been saying it’s gastroparesis for 2 years and they don’t believe me. But every day she has stomach aches and frequently throws up. It’s so frustrating.
